Located in a sports complex off House & Hahl Rd conveniently near Blackhorse Ranch, Bridgeland, Town Lake, Cypress Lakes, and surrounding neighborhoods. Fuel your inner athlete without fear. “Without Fear” is how we approach our overall dedication to our athletes, community, and programs. Our programs are designed to develop core strength and conditioning focusing on enhancing your overall general physical preparedness and longevity. Our goal is to optimize your physical capabilities in each of ten recognized fitness domains; Cardiovascular and Respiratory endurance, Stamina, Strength, Flexibility, Power, Speed, Coordination, Agility, Balance, and Accuracy. With that in mind, the dedication of our coaches to our athlete’s health goals and performance exceeds expectations in the fitness community. It is the responsibility of professional Coaches to provide purpose, motivation, and direction. Our programs are scalable for all fitness levels, age groups, and physical limitations.

Our trainers come from diverse fitness backgrounds and have an arrangement of experience. All BridgeLakes CrossFit coaches regularly attend training seminars and workshops in order to continuously improve upon fitness and nutritional knowledge and offer you the highest quality of training in the area.

Priscilla Martinez

PJ and her husband Martin have been married 12 years and have a daughter, Alexandra, and son Anthony. A friend convinced her to try CF in 2013 …..she hasn’t looked back. PJ walked into her first CrossFit Box in during the CrossFit Open.

Michele Hanson

Michele is married to Scott and they have four very active athletic teenage boys. Michele has a background in sales and marketing in both the insurance and pharmaceutical industries before becoming a stay at home Mom for the last 6 years.

Darlene Thomas

Darlene has been a CrossFitter since 2007 (when CrossFit wasn’t cool). She began at CrossFit Champions until she opened and co-owned CrossFit Cypress in July of 2010 and later opened CrossFit Sine Metu in December 2016 with her business partner PJ.

Martin Morales

Martin “Mo” Morales and his wife Carrie have been married for 18 years and have two beautiful children, Carissa and Cade. Mo is a Captain for Houston Fire Department and been a firefighter for 17 years.
