BridgeLakes CrossFit UnLoaded program takes the best of CrossFit methodology but without technical barbell lifting. Like all CrossFit classes, UnLoaded is infinitely scalable and appropriate for all fitness levels.

UnLoaded is for athletes interested in CrossFit but looking for a foundation in basic strength, conditioning and high intensity, previous CrossFit athletes returning from a hiatus, or those individuals who do not have the desire to workout with the use of a barbell.
