A chance to improve fitness and endurance sports potential

Our Endurance classes are based on the CrossFit Endurance training methodology and focus on improving performance, fitness and endurance sports potential.

The class provides a more aerobically focused training session that incorporates aspects of strength and metabolic conditioning.

You’ll work hard. And we will often take advantage of the surrounding parks and greenways. All training is done under the supervision of our expert coaches.
