BridgeLakes CrossFit’s Elements Course is mandatory for individuals who wish to train in our CrossFit group classes. The course consists of 4 classes over a two week period. During the one-hour class you will be working with a certified coach who will safely expose you to our movement curriculum in a small group setting. We will end each Elements class with a WOD involving the movements you were taught followed by a cool down.

Following the completion of the 4 class Elements Course, a certified coach will ensure that you are ready to safely transition into our CrossFit group classes. All classes must be completed before you may attend our regularly scheduled CrossFit group classes. Please arrive 10 minutes prior to class.

Experienced CrossFitters can bypass the Elements Course.
Most movements that you will learn during your course are below for you to study. We urge you to view each video a few times and again prior to each class. The videos are there so that you can familiarize yourself with each movement before you come to class.
